omg they spar beautifully...Craig gets the RNC positionally and then lets Kody work his way out, I wish I had people like that to spar with...most people wanna prove a point and the result is that they train for years without much technical progress.
Really, the most important instructional anybody could make is how to train and progress. Just like programming is the base of strength training.

Respect to Craig. He knew wrestling lost him some big matches, particularly 2019 ADCC. Now he's been looking like one of the best wrestlers for BJJ. I would love to see him compete more!

Craig is doing more work to unify sport grappling with mma and real fighing. Almost like hes gone more catch wrestling without pins and without the bullshit low percentage stuff. Personally its why i have craig above all the former DDS guys
