Thanks for this great intro to yoga. I wanted to start yoga so I can lose weight, have less back, neck, and shoulder pain, but also to prepare my body to get pregnant again as it's been 7 years since my body went through that journey. So very new to Yoga have always wanted to learn but the classed i tried out were always way more advanced since i had never done it. Due to having a winterdip and stress of Uni I decided to give yoga a shot besides also playing rugby. I have meditated before to center and calm myself, but this first time ever doing yoga definitely has me feeling great
I've kind of been slacking on yoga and exercise in general. This is exactly what I needed to start back.....something light, simple yet effective. My hips, thighs and back really enjoyed these stretches. I'll be going back to the gym too, so that should help my back and arms not feel so tired so quickly.
